Tre spent several hours at our home today thoroughly diagnosing potential issues with our AC units. He went above and beyond to carefully inspect everything and then explained different quote options in detail. We didn’t end up having any work done today, but we will certainly be going with CW for all future HVAC and plumbing needs once we decide whether to repair our existing units or replace our whole system. They replaced an old toilet that was overdue for a replacement. They upgraded us to a newer and nicer model (Kohler Kingston). Brigham explained all the work he was doing and was courteous and thorough. He even helped with an unrelated kitchen faucet issue we had!
